There are two things that I want to reflect on this post. First on our regular schedule on Wednesday morning session and our 14-Days CEC trip expedition. For our CEC trip during the summer, please refer to this link. For Wednesday morning, I don't really have a lot to say. This ExEd itself is a preparation for next year during orientation and after orientation. In here we practice a lot about how to resolve conflicts and how to act if we face disagreement. As a team, we try to give each other feedback during our practices. It's very useful because after we as an individual identify our own strengths and skills and implement it in practice, we need someone to give us feedback either its positive feedback or constructive negative feedback. With that, we could grow and become better in the future for our purposes in personal growth.

Not only recognizing our strengths, skills, and working collaboratively, we also try to implement in in a real-life situation. We try to think not only for our community, not only how we can use this in our campus-life but also how we can contribute to the bigger society, more global and make a significant difference. Talking about global issues evolving around conflicts has been our daily conversation during the Wednesday morning session. Maybe not as often as you thought, but from time to time we do talk about this. This happens because we recognize that this world won't change if it's only us- 25 17 years old students that understand this CEC conflict. Of course, the first step is to share it with our small community on campus, but after we passed that step, we need to think big. This is why we had this discussion on how to resolve conflict on a global scale and how to start them.

Next year, I will be <officially> a CEC leader. Filled with experiences during the 14-days expedition will make me better in understanding conflicts and how to help others to resolve their conflicts. I will be back with more stories next year! Adios~
